The historic Lord's Cricket Ground will be renovated in England. The 205-year-old wants to raise the ground-owned Merrillbonian Cricket Club (MCC) meeting arrangement. MCC has been trying for the past two years for its approval. In the past, a proposal was also offered at the club's annual meeting, which could not be passed. However, now this proposal has passed and the work of renewal will start after the Cricket World Cup played in England in May-June and subsequent Ashes Test.
The date for starting work has already been scheduled on August 24.

The total of five matches, including the World Cup Final, will be played on this year's lords. The World Cup match starts on May 30. World Cup final will be played in Lords on July 14.
